The Application may include In-app Purchases. All billing and transaction processes are handled by the Application Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) from where you downloaded the Application. If you have payment related issues, you must contact the Application Store directly.
When You create an account, You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use or that is offensive.
By posting Content to the Service, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain your ownership rights, but You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of what You post.
By maintaining a Behindlayla.bio profile, You grant Us a royalty-free, worldwide license to display Your profile information (name, likeness, images) for promotional and marketing purposes on our website and social media channels.
You may not transmit Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, or infringes on proprietary rights. This includes spam, viruses, or defamatory material. The Company reserves the right to remove any Content at its sole discretion.
Behind Layla Holdings LLC is committed to protecting children. We strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content or any interaction that endangers minors. We actively monitor and remove violations.
If You believe that Your copyrighted work has been infringed, please notify our Copyright Agent at legal@behindlayla.bio with a detailed description of the alleged infringement pursuant to the DMCA.
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service.
The laws of the State of Florida, United States, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.
